Sponsorship Offer

There are two levels of sponsorship available to companies and organisations supporting Shallow Survey 2005: gold and silver. In addition companies can sponsor specific items at the conference.

Gold Sponsorship

Two gold sponsors are being sought and they will receive the highest levels of publicity both before and during the conference. Before the conference
  • On the marketing brochure front cover, company name and logo, and 100 words of copy on the back cover.
  • On the conference website, logo and name on the home page and 50 words of copy in the sponsors section
  • Sponsors entry hyperlinked to its own website
  • Sponsors details carried in the conference press releases
At the conference
  • Name and logo carried on the panels flanking the screen on the main stage, along with the organiser’s logos. The chair will name and thank the sponsors
  • 4 x 1.5 metres of exhibition space in the prime location of the sponsors area (see plan)
  • Listing of company details in the conference workbook
  • Permission to insert one company brochure in the 350 delegate satchels Three free delegate places, normally costing £450 each

Silver Sponsorship

Two silver sponsors are being sought and they will receive substantial publicity but at a lower level than gold sponsorship. Before the conference
  • On the back cover of the marketing brochure, company name and logo
  • On the conference website, name and logo carried in the sponsors section
At the conference
  • 3 metres x 1.5 metres of exhibition space in the prime location of the sponsor’s area. (See plan)
  • Listing company details in the conference workbook Two free delegate places, normally costing £450 each

Cost £3,000 + VAT

Items for direct sponsorship
A number of items to be handed out to delegates or consumed at various times, are available for additional direct sponsorship. A challenge with these items is finding appropriate ways to brand them with the sponsors name and logo. This list is not exhaustive and we would welcome your ideas. All items, except the conference satchel, will be provided by the sponsor who will be charged a fee as well for the publicity they generate for them.

Conference Satchel: £3,000
The cost of 350-400 satchels overprinted with the sponsors logo and name plus the conference title and organisers names, will be approximately £3,000. The organisers wish to work with a sponsor to deliver a stylish satchel, which will do the job and be retained for future use by delegates.

During the four-day conference there are numerous occasions when drinks and cocktails are served. These can be branded for a sponsor by giving out overprinted napkins or swizzle sticks, as well as the sponsorship being shown in the programme booklet.

There are six coffee/tea breaks during the conference £500 each

Conference Dinner, Wednesday 14th September at the Plymouth Guildhall EITHER £3,000 for sole sponsorship of the complete event

Key exhibitor benefits
The exhibition will take place in the Meeting Centre and Commonwealth Room, please see floor plan below.
  • Exhibition space, 3 metres long x 1.5 metres deep, with access to electrical power.
  • One free delegate passes, normally costing £450.
  • Details of your company and a description of its products and services included in the delegate folders.
  • Four days of sales exposure to the 300 plus delegates during the coffee/tea and lunch breaks.
